I received the smart G12 system as a Christmas gift last year and love it! I grew beautiful basil, Italian parsley, dill, and others, very quick and easy! About 6 months after receiving, I had an issue with the control panel, but after contacting Spider Farmer Customer Service, they resolved my issue…they have great CS…good communication and offered several solutions. I will remain a customer for a very long time! Can’t wait to get my next batch of herbs growing!
This hydroponic unit is very nicely designed and is extremely easy to clean. The pump provides good water circulation for good nutrient mixing and root development. The unit also has a lot of included port covers for nice spacing. I’ve been able to grow various lettuces and greens as well as more intense flowering plants like cucumber and tomatoes. It comes with a nice wifi feature that withstands power outages, meaning if the power goes out and comes back on it will pick up the settings and time where it left off!! I loved this unit so much I bought another one. If I ever need a third, I will be back again.
This hydroponic unit is not only nice to look at it is well built and comes with an awesome WiFi feature that can be controlled by an app. If the power goes out, when it comes back on the timer and all of the settings come back without needed to be set up again. I’ve grown lots of greens and even bigger plants like cucumbers on this unit. It comes with a lot of nice accessories like hole covers (nice to keep a healthy space between plants). Bonus, it’s super easy to clean in between planting.
