Once the travel history record is generated, you will be provided with a tracking link, which you can access here. If you are unable to find a tracking link after checking, it means that the package has not yet generated a travel history record. We recommend checking again after 24-48 hours.

After the product has been shipped, you will receive an email. Please make sure to check your email regularly. Additionally, you can view the shipping information of your order on the “track order” page by using the order number.
