30 days -3 months: Accessories, repairs and services are provided free of charge. No return or replacement without quality problems.
3 months – 1year: Accessories, repairs and services are provided free of charge.
1 year – 5 years: Free Accessories. The buyer needs to bear the maintenance fee and two shipping costs.
*Lights shipped from China: Free Accessories. The buyer needs to bear the shipping costs of the accessories.

If the light is tampered with or found to be damaged by the customer.
The warranty is void:
If the damage is caused by abnormal use, such as dripping water, inputting voltage error, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling light, etc.
The extent of warranty is ultimately at SPIDER FARMER’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.

Returns that do not consistent with the warranty policy need to bear the return shipping fee and deduct the listing cost, no returned product will be accepted and inspected without the” Return Request” from SPIDER FARMER.
Please keep the return package intact and provide pictures to expedite the refund review.

All accessories (e.g. wires, controllers, hangers) can be fully refunded if the original packaging is unused and the conditions are the same, or if the packaging is new.

Just got my “new” SF4000, there is a screw missing on one of the drivers, other screw heads are damaged, the aluminum board is arched, the light is clearly used and the box it was delivered in looks like it has been around the world.. I sent a support email to request a replacement or a refund. Here is the latest reply that I received.
“ Really sorry for what happened.
We guess it may be caused during transportation, please don’t worry, we will solve it with you.
We check that the product is shipped from our warehouse and is new.
As you can see from the pictures you sent, the lights are functional.
The dropped screw, we confirmed with the engineer, will not affect the normal use of the lamp, it is to fix the power supply.
In order to express our apology, we can apply for a refund of 20USD to you, you can buy the screw to use, could you accept it?”
