It didn’t come with instructions and I didn’t search terribly hard for a potential QR code, but was super simple to figure out!! The product photos on here were easy to match. Took about an hour and was very intuitive to put together. Easy to adjust tray levels even after the cover is on. Looks SOO MUCH nicer than my old plain garden tent (which can go back outside now for hardening off seedlings for the outside garden 💚). Paired with a outlet timer, this was absolutely worth the purchase. Elevated my indoor plant game immensely. Incredibly sturdy! Perfect size (medium one)! Not blindingly bright and the solid sides help from lighting up the whole room. The wheels are very sturdy and overall I love the whole thing 10/10 functionality! Materials feel very well made and doesn’t come with an overpowering smell like other rubber/plastic tents. My only potential complaint is might have to replace the main zipper in a year or two after lots and lots of use – easy fix (if you don’t know how to sew, watch some YouTube or call a friend). I can see this being the last tent I buy for my houseplants and the potential repairs are worth that.
I primarily use mine for seed starting, propogation, and juvenile plant development and it’s been amazing. It’s easy to setup and modify the shelf height, it’s durable and well-made, I love the vents for extra air, you can drop the blackout curtain if you want to avoid the extra light as well. Also, the shelves are made of a durable plastic sheet material with drain plugs, which makes bottom watering incredibly easy and for that alone, it’s at least 4 stars. Only minor gripe is there’s no way to adjust the intensity or color of the included lights. They give a general white light that is ok for most things, but you can always upgrade or install your own light system.
I haven’t used the tent yet to grow anything but by putting the tent together I can tell that the material is extremely durable and tough. I had turned the lights on and holy smokes they are incrediably bright! I cant wait to get everything I ordered so I may begin my growing journey. I feel that I will be super successful with user Spider Farmer equipment.
Good quality and lights are good for phalaenopsis orchids. Added light fixture for cattleya orchids. Easy to put together and modify. Seems durable and lasting.
Cover good for humidity control
This plant stand exceeded my expectations. The overall build quality feels solid and sturdy once assembled, and it doesn’t feel flimsy like some of the cheaper indoor greenhouse shelves I’ve tried before.
There’s a lot more usable space than I expected as well. It easily fits larger plants while still giving enough room for seed starter trays and smaller pots. The shelving layout feels well thought out and makes it easy to organize everything without feeling cramped.
One feature I really appreciated was the included light-blocking door cover. It helps keep the room from being constantly lit up at night while still allowing the plants to get plenty of light during the day. Speaking of the lights, they are surprisingly bright and seem more than capable of supporting seedlings and indoor plant growth.
Overall, this feels like a well-designed setup for anyone getting into indoor growing or looking for a compact greenhouse-style shelf with integrated lighting.
