- Check that the microscope holder’s hole is accurately aligned with your phone’s main camera.
How to identify the main camera? Open your phone’s camera app and cover each lens one by one with your finger. The screen goes completely black when you cover the main camera. - Turn on the built-in LED light of the microscope
The built-in LED provides additional illumination, which helps improve image clarity—especially in low-light conditions. - Bring the phone close to the object and adjust the angle
The closer the lens is to the object, the higher the magnification. Keep your hand steady and make small angle adjustments. When the image auto-focuses and becomes clear, you can capture high-quality photos.
I think this phone microscope is pretty cool. And I love that I can take pictures of all the pretty trichomes. Not too hard to set up either.
