1. Check your connection setup
We’ve summarized the most common connection methods — please refer to the diagram for guidance.
Here are two important details to double-check:
If you're using a G Series or SE Series grow light (with a display dimmer box):
One end of the RJ12 cable should go into the UP port on the left side of the dimmer box (when facing it), and the other end should plug into the Light port of the Light & Clip Fan Combo Adapter.The Light & Clip Fan Combo Adapter has 4 ports:
One for the light, and one for the clip fan — be sure not to mix them up.
2. Make sure all firmware is up to date
Outdated firmware may cause connectivity or control issues. Please verify the following versions:

3. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength
Weak or unstable network connections (e.g. in basements or garages) can affect device performance.
Try testing your phone's Wi-Fi signal in the grow area — a strong and stable connection helps ensure proper operation.
